JayJo x Neptune Workshops

I’m delighted to be collaborating with Neptune, Bath on a series of jewellery workshops held within their beautiful showroom. These events bring together creativity, craftsmanship, and Neptune’s inspiring interiors to create a truly special experience.

Join me for a relaxed, hands-on workshop where you'll design and carve your own bespoke ring using the ancient lost wax casting technique, a process that has been practised for over 6,000 years. Whether you're completely new to jewellery making or simply looking for a creative experience, no previous experience is needed.

JayJo wax ring workshop at home

I offer wax ring workshops designed to bring people together through creativity — whether that’s an intimate session at home, a special celebration, or a larger group gathering.

These workshops are perfect for everything from relaxed afternoons with friends and family to birthdays, hen dos, or team events. I’m based in Bath and can travel, so I can bring the experience to you and create something really special in your chosen space.

During each session, I’ll guide you through the traditional wax carving process that I use in my own jewellery practice. You’ll design and sculpt your own ring in jeweller’s wax, learning how to shape, refine and add texture to create something that feels completely personal to you. Whether your style is organic and textured or clean and minimal, I’ll support you step-by-step as your idea comes to life.

Once your wax model is complete, it will be professionally cast in sterling silver using the lost-wax casting method, then carefully polished to a beautiful finish. Around two weeks after the workshop, your finished ring will be ready to be delivered or collected.

No previous jewellery-making experience is needed. I’ve designed these workshops to feel welcoming, relaxed and inspiring — a chance to slow down, work with your hands and connect with your creativity.

Each workshop experience includes:

  • Your own sterling silver ring, cast from the design you create on the day

  • A complimentary branded ring box

  • A ring sizer to take home

  • All tools, materials and my guidance throughout

I can tailor each workshop to suit your group, making it a memorable and meaningful shared experience.

If you’re interested in booking or want to chat through ideas, I’d love to hear from you.
